Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) ist Teil des Medtronic Cardiovascular Portfolios und unterstützt Patientinnen und Patienten mit innovativen Lösungen zur Diagnose, Überwachung und Behandlung von Herzrhythmusstörungen. Innerhalb des CRM Business übernimmt die Funktion Business Operations & Patient Management eine zentrale Rolle bei der Unterstützung administrativer Prozesse, der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie der Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe im Patienten- und Kundenmanagement.
