Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Business Operations Partner to bridge regional sales and senior leadership. The role focuses on turning market signals into clear revenue forecasts and actionable insights that guide growth decisions.

Core Accountabilities

· Own the end-to-end forecasting process across regions

· Lead scenario planning and coordinate with regional sales teams and regional demand planners

· Build and maintain forecasting models (trend, seasonality, sales velocity)

· Deliver high-confidence revenue projections

· Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

· Ensure alignment with Finance, Marketing, and Sales Operations on a single source of truth

· Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and processes

· Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline dynamics, and revenue drivers

· Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations

· Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Fluent / excellent English – written and verbal communication with global stakeholders
