BUSINESS OPERATIONS OFFICER

Permanent Part Time - 4-day work week

Pay and Conditions

Permanent Part time Position - 4-day work week

Work Location/s: Sunshine Coast, QLD

Hourly pay rates range from:$37 - $45 per hour - Clerks Award

Classification level and pay rate are assessed and determined based on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capability.

Qualification & Experience: Must have - Certificate/Diploma in Business and/or minimum of 5 years' experience in administration or similar role

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Assisting the Team Leader and Business Operations team
  • Must be highly organised
  • Strong with research and reports
  • Strong with Intake and referral services
  • Strong communications in providing information and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Sound IT knowledge
  • Strong Data entry
  • Strong with monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Maintain program/office databases
  • Carry out inductions for new staff with shadowing
  • Enter, monitor and maintain registers and logs for cars
  • Support organisation auditing and licensing processes
  • Assist and support REFOCUS events, programs and Facebook live
  • Work under limited direction to provide business operations support

Qualification & Experience:

Must have Certificate/Diploma in Business and/or minimum of 5 years' experience in administration or similar role,

Additional requirements

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Criminal history check
  • Ability to meet REFOCUS compliance and reporting requirements
  • Current Drivers Licence (minimum green P’s)
  • Ability to work within the 10 Child Safe Standards

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
