The Business Operations team drives efficiency, alignment, and execution across the NA Global Business Solutions organization, supporting Key Accounts, Agency, and Product & Client Solutions departments. We combine strategic thinking with operational rigor to help these teams scale effectively, make data-driven decisions, and deliver impact through insights and tools needed to achieve their business goals.

About the Role:
As a Business Operations Manager, you will report to the Director of Business Operations and play a key role in project and program management, supporting the Canada Key Accounts & Agency department in achieving its business goals. You will turn complex information into actionable plans, manage projects that exceed stakeholder expectations, and deliver best-in-class service to both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital media and advertising (prior experience a plus) and is passionate about cross-functional program and project management. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, are intellectually curious and creative, and are motivated by solving problems, collaborating across teams, and driving measurable impact
Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative and operational functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including budget planning, allocation, and usage across the department.
- Drive program management as the central bridge between sales and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment, clear communication, cross-functional accountability, and seamless execution of key priorities.
- Own and continuously improve program execution frameworks, collaboration workflows, and tools, driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing how programs are executed and scaled.
- Partner with executives to plan and execute high-impact leadership meetings and all-hands, driving end-to-end coordination across agenda development, logistics, and presentation materials.
- Partner closely with the Global Business Marketing (GBM) team and key cross-functional stakeholders to lead planning and execution of go-to-market events and tentpole activations.
- Champion and embed a high-performance, connected team culture by designing and delivering intentional in-office moments that celebrate team wins, milestones, and employee engagement.
