SUMMARY We are seeking a Business Operations Manager (EOS Program Manager) to own and drive the organization's operating cadence within an EOS environment. This role is responsible for ensuring strategic priorities are translated into consistent execution by managing planning cycles, tracking goals and initiatives through Strety, driving accountability, and maintaining alignment across teams. The ideal candidate is a highly organized operator who excels at coordination, process management, and turning plans into action. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Running our weekly Level 10 leadership meeting in Strety Owning Rock and To-Do tracking, and chasing owners for updates Keeping the scorecard current and flagging misses before the meeting Prepping quarterly and annual planning materials Maintaining process documentation QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience supporting a US client that runs on EOS or Traction, ideally having actually facilitated L10 meetings Strong written English and the confidence to hold senior people to commitments in a meeting Project or operations management background rather than pure admin US Pacific hours coverage, since the leadership meeting JOB REQUIREMENTS Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement. Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
