Job Description

We're looking for a Business Operations Manager who is highly driven, organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to join us in-person in San Francisco to help build and scale the company.

You'll work directly with the CEO and set the cadence for how the company operates. You'll own end-to-end execution on whatever needs to happen, from hiring to new initiatives, finance, hiring and day-to-day operations. We're a lean team, which means you'll make the call on what happens and how it gets done.

What you'll do

  • Execute new initiatives and special projects for growth, sales, marketing, and partnerships

  • Support the enterprise GTM motion

  • Build and automate processes and systems as we scale

This is a high-leverage role for someone who wants to be a world-class operator. You'll get your reps executing across marketing, operations, customer development, and more. As we grow, so will the responsibilities and opportunities for this role.

Who you are

  • Extremely organized, you're able to maintain simple processes for keeping tabs on many parallel threads, and have a strong intuition for when to be scrappy vs. processized

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, you don't need a playbook, you write it and figure out what needs to happen

  • Founder mentality, you think and act with high ownership, building with us rather than just executing for us

  • Bias towards action, you move fast, make calls with limited data, fix things in real time, and rarely get blocked

  • Strong operator with startup, consulting, or investing experience, you've seen how great organizations operate and can execute at that level

  • High ownership, you own outcomes, not just tasks, and feel it personally when something doesn't ship

  • Bias for action and urgency, you have a visceral sense of discomfort when the ball sits in your court too long

  • Highly autonomous, you make most decisions yourself, don't wait for permission, and move fast

  • Strong generalist, you want to get your reps across different disciplines from recruiting to event planning to operations

  • No task is beneath you, you'll update the cap table, run payroll, and take pride in optimizing tedious work

  • Strong product sense and taste, you understand what makes software feel great

  • Love technology and startups, you automate yourself from processes where you’re not needed, you aren’t scared of using AI tools and you love the ambiguity of startups
