About the Opportunity

Colliers Philippines is looking for motivated and driven interns who are eager to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional services and commercial real estate environment.

As an intern, you may have the opportunity to contribute to projects involving research, data analysis, marketing, communications, business development, client support, events management, and business operations.

Successful applicants will be matched to a team based on their interests, strengths, academic background, and available opportunities.

Research & Market Intelligence

For students who enjoy research, analytics, and data-driven work.

• Conduct online and market research
• Maintain and update databases
• Assist in reports and presentations
• Attend industry events and conferences as needed
• Support data collection and market intelligence initiatives

Business Development & Events

For students interested in marketing, client engagement, and event coordination.

• Assist in marketing and promotional activities
• Support event planning and execution
• Help prepare presentations and client materials
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support ongoing business development initiatives

Marketing & Communications

For students passionate about digital marketing, branding, and content creation.

• Support digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Assist in content development and marketing materials
• Help organize company events and activations
• Conduct contact and market research
• Maintain marketing databases and mailing lists

Client Services & Business Operations

For students interested in client-facing work, account support, and business processes.

• Assist in client meetings, site inspections, and broker activities

• Support day-to-day team operations

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Real Estate Management, Urban Planning, Communications, Accounting, Finance, or any related program
• Both academic and voluntary interns are welcome to apply
• Must be able to render a minimum of 320 internship hours (or more, if required by the academic institution)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid or onsite, depending on team assignment
• Work schedule and onsite requirements may vary based on business needs and departmental guidelines
