The Position

Main tasks:


1. Data Quality & Governance

  • Audit & Validate: Regularly audit time-tracking records, CRM entries, and system databases (SalesForce, Monday.com) to ensure absolute data completeness and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for team members during reporting cycles to resolve data deviations, clarify doubts, and reinforce data-reporting best practices.
  • Insights & Reporting: Identify trends, recurring issues, or data gaps; propose corrective actions and generate regular data quality summaries for leadership.

2. Project Management Support

  • Project Tracking & Delivery: Assist project managers in monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
  • Meeting Coordination & Documentation: Facilitate project rituals (kick-offs, stand-ups, retrospectives), document key decisions/meeting minutes, and diligently follow up on action items with team members.
  • Data-Driven PMO Support: Bridge resource allocation data (time-tracking) to help PMs monitor efficiency, capacity, and maintain updated project dashboards/repositories.

3. Training & Business Administration

  • Operational Support: Coordinate logistics for corporate travel, workshops, seminars, and events, facilitating seamless collaboration between internal teams and external parties while managing related content on internal sites.

What else do you have in your toolbox

  • Strong communicator In English at full professional proficiency
  • Recently graduated (no more than 3 years ago) from an IT or Biomedical field
  • Excellent organizational & administration skills with close attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
  • Has a high service focus, is able to work independently .
  • You are a team player and willing to work for several persons in an international environment and across cultures .
  • You are a quick learner and you show proactivity, flexibility and initiative .
  • Very good knowledge of Google applications (gSheet, Documents, etc).
  • Experience in data auditing, CRM systems and PMO tools (Monday.com) will be highly valued.
  • Permanently optimizes processes in order to increase quality and efficiency standards.
