Job Description

Job Purpose :

To support business operations through data analysis, reporting, and insights generation, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement of operational performance.

Accountabilities :

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance.
• Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Track and analyze key operational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis
• Assist in automating reporting and improving data workflows.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 0 - 1 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or reporting roles.
