Job Description

Enlight is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support the renewable assets operations. This role involves high-level coordination and a hands-on administrative role within a complex operational environment, supporting the operational, regulatory, financial, and reporting requirements, and ensuring proper workflows of the department across multiple internal teams and external parties

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Asset Managers.
• Support the coordination of daily assets operations tasks and ensure smooth workflow across the department.
• Monitor, validate, and document material data across the department’s operational and financial processes, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of tracking files and reports.
• Coordinate the administrative workflow of green certificate (GoO) operations across the portfolio, supporting timely execution.
• Coordinate operational schedules, deadlines, and recurring deliverables across the department, following up with internal and external parties to ensure on-time execution. Monitor key performance indicators across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in operations coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders and parallel processes.
• Ability to work at pace in a high-volume environment, managing multiple parallel tasks and commitments.
• Highly attentive to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High-level written and verbal English
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) – an advantage.
• Familiarity with renewable energy operations or Asset Management - an advantage.
