Location: Randburg, South Africa (Hybrid)

An established and fast-paced organisation is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support the Business Enablement function. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can coordinate projects, support operational processes, and ensure the effective execution of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Business Support

  • Provide day-to-day coordination support to the Business Enablement function
  • Assist in managing and maintaining business processes across operational areas
  • Support execution of key business activities and deliverables
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal queries, ensuring efficient resolution or escalation

Project Coordination

  • Support the planning and coordination of projects and business initiatives
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress against milestones
  • Identify risks, delays, or dependencies and escalate where required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

Reporting & Administration

  • Compile, maintain, and update reports and supporting documentation
  • Track key metrics and ensure data accuracy across business activities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operational execution

Continuous Improvement

  • Support ongoing process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with process documentation, mapping, and basic analysis
  • Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently working towards one) in Business, Commerce, or a related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in:
    • Operations support
    • Project coordination
    • Business support roles
  • Exposure to BPO, technology, or financial services environments is advantageous

  • Basic project coordination capability

Technical Skills
