An established and fast-paced organisation is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support the Business Enablement function. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can coordinate projects, support operational processes, and ensure the effective execution of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Business Support
- Provide day-to-day coordination support to the Business Enablement function
- Assist in managing and maintaining business processes across operational areas
- Support execution of key business activities and deliverables
- Act as a central point of contact for internal queries, ensuring efficient resolution or escalation
Project Coordination
- Support the planning and coordination of projects and business initiatives
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress against milestones
- Identify risks, delays, or dependencies and escalate where required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Reporting & Administration
- Compile, maintain, and update reports and supporting documentation
- Track key metrics and ensure data accuracy across business activities
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operational execution
Continuous Improvement
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives
- Assist with process documentation, mapping, and basic analysis
- Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently working towards one) in Business, Commerce, or a related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in:
- Operations support
- Project coordination
- Business support roles
- Exposure to BPO, technology, or financial services environments is advantageous
