This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations across the US Media Services team by coordinating workflows, maintaining information flow, and providing administrative support. The coordinator will report to the SVP, Operations, and partner closely with the Program Manager, Business Operations to support alignment and progress across key projects.
Provide and coordinate operational support workflows and support smooth communication across teams by gathering, organizing, and sharing information as needed.
Support internal communications by helping produce newsletters, one-sheets, presentation materials, and other content with editorial guidance.
Assist senior leaders through calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, basic travel support, and general administrative tasks
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, including town halls, team updates, and company meetings by preparing materials, organizing logistics, and managing follow-up tasks.
Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to support team operations, using information collected from various stakeholders.
Provide operational support to Mobile Unit Operations, including sorting invoices, entering data, and supporting routine approval processes in Concur, ADP, and other NEP systems.
Support coordination for in-person meetings and company-wide gatherings by managing scheduling, room needs, materials, and logistical details.
Oversee front gate daily operations to provide access to the 2 Beta facility.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; however, various combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting operational coordination, process management, and execution of key business activities.
Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial.
Demonstrated skills in operations and management support.
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and operation of office equipment. Advanced skill level in MS Office products. CRM experience plus.
Must be able to manage multiple operational tasks and meet deadlines, with top-notch written and verbal communication skills. In addition, must demonstrate strong organizational capabilities to coordinate, prioritize, and monitor a portfolio of concurrent projects
A solid understanding of the broadcasting and entertainment industry is a plus.
