
McAllen, TX - The Business Operations Associate serves as a key operational leader supporting program development and execution across the Hematology/Oncology Clinical Division and affiliated Community Campuses. This role is responsible for driving initiatives that enhance provider scheduling, care coordination, clinical productivity, and patient access, with a particular focus on inpatient, UCB and community campus hematology/oncology services. This individual leads cross-functional projects, supports policy and workflow development, and ensures alignment between operational processes and clinical goals. The role combines project management, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination to advance high-quality, efficient, and family-centered care delivery. This position is ideal for a highly organized, data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting and can translate complex operational needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
