Job Description

Intuit’s Mid-Market organization is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Generation Analyst to drive deep insights across the demand generation funnel. This role will be responsible for analyzing performance from first touch through lead routing and handoff, identifying leakage, uncovering trends, and ensuring every lead is properly tracked, routed, and acted upon. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, operational curiosity, and a passion for improving funnel efficiency through data-driven insights

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the end-to-end demand generation funnel for Intuit’s Mid-Market business, from lead creation through routing, acceptance, and downstream outcomes.
  • Identify funnel leakage, drop-offs, and inefficiencies, and clearly quantify the business impact of gaps in process, execution, or data.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into lead routing and disposition, ensuring leads are correctly assigned, tracked, and followed through to resolution.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility into funnel health, conversion rates, velocity, and lead outcomes.
  • Partner closely with B2B Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Sales teams to diagnose issues, validate findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze trends over time to surface emerging risks, opportunities, and shifts in lead behavior or performance.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., marketing automation, CRM), proactively flagging discrepancies, data loss, or process breakdowns.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready narratives that inform prioritization and decision-making.
  • Support experimentation and optimization efforts by measuring the impact of campaigns, routing logic changes, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, demand generation analytics, revenue operations, or a related analytical role.

  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation funnels, lead lifecycle management, and sales handoff processes.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua).

  • Demonstrated ability to investigate ambiguous problems, trace issues across systems, and identify root causes.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for data accuracy and outcomes.
