The Division:

Jonas Club Software is an industry-leading, club-first management platform built exclusively for private and member-driven clubs. Designed to serve as thesingle sourceof truth for club operations, Jonas Club has supported thousands of clubs across five continents for more than 35 years.

The platform combines hospitality-grade performance with theexpertiseof a global team of more than 6,000 professionals focused on service, security, and continuous improvement. It is purpose-built for hospitality operations, compliant with SOC 2 and PCI requirements, and supports extensibility through APIs and partner integrations.

Our unified, contextual activity timeline brings together reservations, point of sale, food and beverage, billing and finance, events, member services, and reporting in one secure platform, enabling seamless interactions among members, staff, and the broader club community.


We areseekinga detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations Associate to support andoptimizeour day-to-day operations.This role helpskeepsthe company running efficiently by analyzing processes, supporting projects, and using data to improve how the businessoperates

You will work across different teams to streamline workflows, track performance, and solve operational problems. The role is a mix of analytics, coordination, and process improvement focused on making the organization more effective and scalable.

This role is critical in driving efficiency, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes andidentifyopportunities for operational improvement

  • Assistin monitoring financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability

  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives

  • Build andmaintainreports, dashboards, and performance metrics

  • Assistwith forecasting, planning, and operational tracking

  • Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to streamline workflows

  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making andidentifytrends

  • Help implement new tools, systems, and process enhancements

  • Document standard operating procedures and ensure operational consistency

  • Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and special projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, consulting, analytics, or a related role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiencyin Excel/Google Sheetsand Salesforce; experience with AI tools is a plus

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership mindset

Work Shift

  • 7:30 AM EST to 4:30 PM EST (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM Pakistan Time)
