Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to support the daily execution of internal processes, service delivery functions, and business reporting within a shared services or enterprise support environment This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of operational activities that contribute to broader organizational goals.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, process-driven, and comfortable working with data, documentation, and multiple systems in a fast-paced business setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and support routine operational processes in line with department standards and SLAs.
  • Monitor task queues, track service requests, and ensure timely completion of operational workflows.
  • Assist in data collection, entry, validation, and preparation of routine business reports.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, resolve issues, and maintain process alignment.
  • Maintain accurate records, process documentation, and internal files.
  • Identify inefficiencies or discrepancies and escalate them appropriately to team leads or management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through feedback and documentation updates.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and project coordination tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or shared services roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and reporting.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with enterprise systems or workflow tools (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, JIRA) is an advantage.
