Job Description

We are seeking areliable, committed and enthusiastic summer student to work as a Business Operations Assistant with our Skyline Living team at our Head Office in Guelph, ON This position will be a two (2) month contract commencing in July 2026

Compensation: $21.00 per hour

The Business Operations Assistant will support the Business Operations team in processing rental applications, credit checks, and other various projects. Additional duties include accurate database management and documents control processing, recording and managing various departments' paperwork, while also maintaining focus on our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people, and our communities.

  • A love for all things administrative and clerical.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively while remaining detail oriented.
  • You have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn!
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (university or college) and previous related work experience in genal administration.
