The Delivery Excellence team supports Akamai's 2,500+ person Global Services and Support organization. This organization is made up of Professional Services, Customer Support, and Account Management. The team uses complex data and action driven tools/models to influence operational efficiency, quality and compliance.

Partner with the best

Business Operations Analysts (Services Analysts)support end-to-end implementation of simple to highly complex reporting initiatives. Implementation timelines vary from days to months depending on project complexity and business requirements. These analysts collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data, identify risks, and recommend actions driving continuous improvement.

As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications
• Defining problem statements, identifying business needs, and recommending data-driven solutions to improve processes and outcomes
• Performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making
• Designing, developing, and maintaining intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using visualization tools (preferably Tableau)
• Owning reporting and dashboard delivery, ensuring timely implementation and driving adoption through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation across multiple data sources

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 4+ years' relevant experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Have development experience on business intelligence reporting platforms such as Tableau, etc.
• Have experience demonstrating analytical skills with ability to provide data backend analysis
• Have exposure to confidential data handling
• Have great initiative for results, ability to handle ambiguity and cross team dynamics
• Have good communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills
