This role is responsible to support an efficient talent operation process, from interacting with hiring managers, HR team, candidates and clients to updating documentation, background check, ensuring deadlines are met and quality results are achieved to meet the FBS goals..
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute post-offer processes such as induction, documentation, data collection, and equipment/access setup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• P artner with internal and external stakeholders to execute Talent Operations processes (induction, documentation, data collection, equipment and access setup).
• Maintain and update HR systems (ATS, onboarding portals, employee databases) and ensure proper data integrity.
• Follow established SOPs and contribute to process documentation updates.
• Support implementation of automation tools and process enhancements in partnership with the TA Ops Lead and HRIS teams.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal requirements throughout all processes.
Requirements
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, IT or related fields.
EXPERIENCE
1 year of experience in HR Operations, Customer support, or a related field.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Full command of English language, required.
• Data & control skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
