Job Description

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team!

If you are a communicative team player with great problem-solving skills, attention to detail, take a closer look at the position's main duties and responsibilities

• Analyze data to uncover insights that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability
• Gather and interpret internal and external data to understand business performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and scorecards for leadership to support day-to-day decision-making
• Ensure data integrity and provide solutions for any data-related issues
• Catalog existing analytics and reports with clear documentation on usage, updates, and methodology
• Use analytical techniques to optimize processes, save time, and drive continuous improvement
• Identify new opportunities for advanced analytics and determine the best methods to collect and use data
• Support Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and analyze performance metrics
• Act as a subject matter expert for reporting deliverables and assist account teams as needed
• Resolve problems efficiently while keeping stakeholders informed and maintaining strong relationships

What we expect from you:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of Italian, Spanish, or French is a plus
• Experience with SQL, PowerBI, or other data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively
• Team player who can also work independently, with attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software
• Proficient in use of tools such as Excel/PowerBI
• Experience with Banking LoB is a plus
