Forecasting & Analytical Responsibilities

• Actively gather and analyze data required to enhance forecasting methodologies.
• Ensure ATMs/cashpoints are optimally serviced—minimizing cash-outs while maximizing cash utilization.
• Analyze existing cash optimization processes and recommend improvements.
• Consolidate multiple data sources to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and root causes.
• Analyze large ATM transaction datasets to evaluate performance indicators and service gaps.
• Monitor ATM uptime metrics and highlight factors affecting availability and transaction volumes.
• Perform root-cause analysis for transaction failures or dips in performance.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Prepare impact analysis reports, performance dashboards, and analytical summaries for internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and service improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning with business requirements.

Team & Operational Responsibilities

• Contribute to performance management, training, talent evaluation, and team development.
• Support operations during weekends and public holidays, as/if needed.
• Participate in rotational shifts aligned with different country time zones.
