The Business Operations Analyst helps ensure critical telecom services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and cost effectively across Koch companies. In this role, you will oversee vendor management, billing analysis, service administration, and process improvement to support business operations, optimize service delivery, and create long-term value.
This position offers an opportunity to partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers, influence operational decisions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic and evolving environment.
