Zurich is expanding support for the Contingent Workforce & Supplier Governance team and is seeking a Business Operations Analyst who will support the program for North America while interfacing enterprise wide. This role will provide operational, reporting, documentation, and system support for the Beeline vendor management system (VMS), working closely with the North America FlexForce team, business stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional partners. The role will support process consistency, service quality, and continuous improvement across contingent workforce and supplier governance activities.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 3 or more years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Shared Services, Vendor Management, Workforce Operations, or related area
OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Shared Services, Vendor Management, Workforce Operations, or related area
OR
• 3 or more years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Shared Services, Vendor Management, Workforce Operations, or related area
AND
• Experience supporting operational processes, reporting, project coordination, or system-related business support
Preferred:
• Experience with a Vendor Management System, contingent workforce process, procurement operations, or shared services support model
• Experience using Jira for ticket management, including intake, prioritization, tracking, status updates, and resolution follow-up
• Change management and process management
• Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements
• Data analysis, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Power BI to develop, maintain, and interpret dashboards and reports that support operational insights and leadership decision-making
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience identifying process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Experience leveraging APIs, Power Automate, Power BI, or similar tools to automate workflows, streamline reporting, and improve operational processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly across teams and time zones
