Join our Team as a Business Operations Analyst!

The Role:

A key role in the Account Management Group of the Advanced Services & Digital Solutions Department. This is a dynamic dual-role position responsible for supporting the Account Management and Customer Care groups as well as the Equipment team within Fleet Operations to deliver a positive and consistent customer experience.

This role is responsible for understanding strategic priorities within Toyota Material Handling North America and the customer, developing, and executing tactical plans that drive positive impacts. This role must demonstrate acuity in building strong relationships internally, across vendors, customers and other stakeholders to influence results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Actively load and mange equipment records for downstream asset management and billing functionalities
  • Develop, track and maintain targeted performance KPIs (internal and external)
  • Communicate and coordinate with dealers and customers to execute tactics and strategies
  • Develop and practice proper controls to drive quality and a positive customer experience
  • Build and/or support reporting and automation to increase efficiencies
  • Act as a liaison between dealers and customers supporting dispute resolution
  • Provide insights and consultative direction to customer business reviews
  • Execute daily work and responsibilities without undue direction of management
  • Practice fiduciary responsibility
  • Train dealers on financial operations and equipment management to increase quality and efficiency
  • Support customer service functions to meet team, group, department, division and company goals
  • Support process improvements and a culture of Kaizen
  • Additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • 3+ Years of professional experience
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

  • Progressive experience supporting customer service functions
  • Train dealers on financial operations and equipment management

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $50,000 - $65,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
