Job Description

Apogee has an opportunity for a Business Operations Analyst to provide contractor site reachback support for the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO). This position provides acquisition program management support, studies and analysis assistance, and reporting support.

This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel to government sites.

Responsibilities

Trade Studies:

  • Conduct trade studies on programmatic and technical approaches
  • Analyze alternatives and develop recommendations
  • Support decision analysis and documentation
  • Prepare trade study reports and briefings

Manpower Analysis:

  • Develop manpower estimates for program planning
  • Conduct workforce analysis and modeling
  • Support resource allocation planning
  • Prepare manpower reports and recommendations

Capability Roadmaps:

  • Support capability and technology roadmap development
  • Analyze technology trends and maturation timelines
  • Evaluate integration opportunities and dependencies
  • Prepare roadmap documentation and updates

Studies & Analysis:

  • Execute Studies & Analysis (S&A) tasks as assigned
  • Conduct research and data analysis
  • Prepare analytical reports and documentation
  • Support program planning activities

Acquisition Support:

  • Support acquisition program management activities
  • Assist in documentation preparation
  • Conduct research on acquisition approaches
  • Support program reviews and assessments

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearance Education: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: Seven (7) years of program analysis or business operations experience

Additional experience:

  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition and program management
  • Experience with GPS/GNSS or similar technical programs preferred
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Additional Information:Location: Contractor Site (National - Remote) Remote: This is a full-time remote position

Travel: Travel up to 15% may be required, per the customer's discretion
