This job will be responsible for providing daily management and coordination of daily practice operations to practice office managers/ practice managers/ practice administrators with an operational scope of up to 20-30 employed physician practices, up to 75 physicians and 25 advanced practice practitioners.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Collaborate with physician and administrative leaders to evaluate program growth opportunities
Develop business plans including market analysis and proposals for growth
Initiate, plan, and lead multiple simultaneous projects, including stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and reporting
Provide leadership and implementation support for new programs and program enhancements
Assist directors in oversight of operations for multiple physician practices, including quality initiatives, patient access, provider schedule utilization and productivity, and operational improvement
Mentor and support managers within the physician group, including participation in leadership development programming
Provide direct leadership of associates and/or managers on an interim basis as needed.
Lead a team with direct reports based on the structure and/or needs of the service line.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)
