What You Will Do
- Partner directly with founders and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational priorities across the business.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and design scalable processes to support company growth.
- Own and manage key business metrics, reporting frameworks, and internal dashboards to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects spanning clinical operations, sales, product, and finance.
- Support vendor management, contract negotiations, and external partnerships.
- Build and maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and operating procedures.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar high-rigor environment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience operating in a startup or high-growth environment where structure must be created, not followed.
Preferred
- Experience in top-tier strategy consulting, particularly in healthcare or biotech.
- Familiarity with AI systems and modern software products.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or managing client relationships.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $140,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, there is an opportunity for equity participation in an early-stage, high-growth company, along with direct exposure to executive leadership and a meaningful influence over company direction.
