We're representing an early-stage, AI-enabled patient recruitment company that is transforming the way clinical trials find and enroll participants. By leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence alongside deep expertise in clinical research, our client accelerates timelines for life-changing therapies and helps bring new treatments to patients faster. With a small, dedicated team, every hire plays a crucial role in shaping the company's future.

What You Will Do

  • Partner directly with founders and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational priorities across the business.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and design scalable processes to support company growth.
  • Own and manage key business metrics, reporting frameworks, and internal dashboards to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects spanning clinical operations, sales, product, and finance.
  • Support vendor management, contract negotiations, and external partnerships.
  • Build and maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and operating procedures.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 3–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar high-rigor environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in a startup or high-growth environment where structure must be created, not followed.

Preferred

  • Experience in top-tier strategy consulting, particularly in healthcare or biotech.
  • Familiarity with AI systems and modern software products.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or managing client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $140,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, there is an opportunity for equity participation in an early-stage, high-growth company, along with direct exposure to executive leadership and a meaningful influence over company direction.
