Job Description

A leading financial institution is seeking a Business Operational Risk Specialist to join the team and act as the primary point of contact for all Sales Personnel complaints. This role supports operational risk management by handling risk identification, assessment, reporting, and assisting in enhancing the operational risk framework across departments such as Investments, Marketing & Sales, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations on agents/sales personnel complaints and misconduct.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationship.
• Prepare reports on the state of complaints and misconduct
• Assist in operational risk testing and periodic reporting to key stakeholders.
• Support the first lines operational risk management for Investments, Marketing & Sales, and Operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in risk management, particularly within banking, asset management, or financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of economic analysis and MS Excel.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems under time pressure and offer solutions.
• Strong organizational and people management

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
