Job Title: Business Office Manager (BOM)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of previous Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and resident trust fund management.

Responsibilities:

• Bills facility charges to the appropriate payor, collects outstanding accounts receivables, and oversees the resident trust fund in accordance with Nexion policy and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversees the resident trust fund, including weekly and monthly reconciliations, safeguarding funds, and providing regular statements to residents or their legal representatives as required by state regulations.
