We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee the financial and administrative operations of a facility in Bloomsburg, PA The ideal candidate will lead billing, accounts receivable, payroll, and other business office functions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the business office for the facility.
Oversee billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Supervise business office staff, providing guidance and performance management.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to optimize operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare administration or business office management.
Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and financial reporting.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with healthcare billing software and MS Office.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, accounting, or related field preferred.
