As the Business Office Manager, you will oversee daily business office operations, ensuring accurate billing, collections, resident accounts, and administrative functions. You will also supervise business office staff and play a key role in maintaining financial and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in skilled nursing billing and business office operations required
  • At least 1 year in a long-term care setting preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes and collections
  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
