Business Marketing Manager IGT-Devices (all genders)
To support our initiatives for further adoption of Philips technology providing Class IA guideline treatment options, we are expanding our International marketing team with a Business Marketing Manager DACH, responsible for the full IGTD product and solutions portfolio.
The Business Marketing Manager is the dedicated field-based marketing owner for the DACH market zone, covering Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This role is accountable for translating international and global marketing strategy into locally relevant market activation, demand generation and adoption across the full IGTD product and solutions portfolio. The individual is expected to operate close to the market, spending significant time in the field with sales teams, customers, clinical partners and regional stakeholders to understand local needs, identify growth opportunities and remove barriers to execution.
The role combines strategic portfolio marketing with hands-on field execution. The Business Marketing Manager will define and drive DACH-specific marketing plans, shape customer engagement programs, support priority account activation, build local proof points and ensure launches, campaigns and market development initiatives are executed with strong local relevance and commercial impact.
As a member of the International Marketing team, you will own specific marketing activities that span the complete international region.
Success in this role requires regular travel and visible presence across the zone. The individual should expect to travel extensively within DACH, approximately 50-60% of time, to engage with customers, KOLs, sales teams, professional societies, congresses, workshops and other in-market activation opportunities.
