Job Summary

We are hiring a Deputy Manager for the Ecosystem motion to manage OpenAI.

Key Responsibilities

You will report to the Cluster Head of Ecosystem Marketing. In this role, you will have the following roles and responsibilities:

• Leadership and Direction – work with a team of young and bright marketers from the team, in India and the US. Be the bridge between AI Ecosystem marketing and the other corporate marketing functions, including (but not limited to) brand, digital, web, external and internal communications, etc. Liaise with the external agencies and partners.
• Strategy and Research – work on marketing strategy through research and develop hypotheses for marketing-driven value creation for the OpenAI Ecosystems.
• Creation and Ownership of the Marketing plan – as the leader, be responsible for the creation, management and execution of the marketing plan.
• Strategic Programs – cutting across these business units, develop and execute one-of-a-kind marketing programs to scale up brand awareness and salience globally.
• Digital Marketing – use the brand/tech levers to create buzz across digital marketing channels and tactics, driving brand awareness and lead generation primarily through content marketing. Create a social media strategy and execute it end-to-end to deliver business results.
• Content Marketing – Work on unique/ innovative content types and formats to deliver a world-class editorial calendar aligned with each brand's top strategic messages.
• Be the fountain manager of AI Ecosystem marketing – Digital, BTL, Direct marketing, marketing strategy, planning and execution, ROI-driven marketing, PR, AR, Comms, thought leadership, content marketing, creative communication, analytics and reporting.

Skill Requirements

• Understand the importance and the nuances of the AI business landscape and the technologies that are in play and upcoming
• Knowledge of the AI technologies, LLMs, Models, Codex, etc., and the market will be a strategic advantage
• Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and media outlets and edit content written by others for message and clarity
• An “A-level” performer with the drive to innovate and break norms with a solid thought process and obsession for results/business value
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of structure and logic
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and how content drives business goals
• Demonstrated experience in creating content that effectively integrates copy with visual elements
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan content initiatives and campaigns
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Other Requirements

• Educational level: MBA
• Minimum experience of 4 years+
