As a Pāmu Business Manager,you’lllead sevenfarmsinthe beautifulNorthlandregion Together, these farmscollectivelyrun between 100,000 to 120,000stock units, forming an important part ofPāmu’slivestock business.
You’llbe part of a close-knit, high-trust leadership team that collaborates to share insights, solve challenges, and deliver meaningful results across the region.This is a supportive team that shares knowledge, backs each other, and is focused on lifting performance in a practical and sustainable way.
Your core focus will be partnering with your Farm Managers-supporting, guiding, andworking alongsidethem tolift performance, build confidence, andachievestrong outcomesin both on-farm performance and financial results.You’llreview farmperformancetogether with your teams,identifyopportunities tostrengthenprofitability, improve systems, and enhance environmental outcomes, while ensuringPāmu’sstrategy and values are brought to life in day-to-day operations.
You’llspend time out on-farm, working closely withfarmmanagers and their teams to develop capability, drive operational consistency, and celebrate success.You’llalso influence strategic decisions, from capital investment to long-term system design.
