Business Manager TV CEE (& SDA)

The challenge

The Business Manager TV CEE (& SDA) is responsible for driving sales and market share growth for Haier Europe television and small domestic appliance categories across Central and Eastern Europe. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and effective collaboration with regional sales teams to achieve business objectives.

What you will do

Job Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for the TV and SDA product categories within the CEE region, aligning with global company objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
• Define and manage product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize profitability and market penetration.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales managers to set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide necessary support and training.
• Manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, and other partners in the CEE market.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews, sales forecasts, and market reports to senior management.
• Oversee budget management for the TV and SDA categories, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and availability.
• Travel extensively within the CEE region to support sales activities, conduct market visits, and build relationships.

What you need to succeed

Job Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a business development, product management, or sales management role within the consumer electronics or home appliance industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth, specifically within the CEE region.
• Strong understanding of the TV (additionally valued experience in Small Domestic Appliance) market dynamics, including product trends, distribution channels, and consumer behavior in CEE.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more CEE languages (e.g., Polish, Russian, Czech, Romanian) is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the CEE region.
