Job Description

Our client is a leading wholesale bank. They are currently seeking a Business Manager to join their Technology Department to oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that business goals are met, and that the department is operating efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to CTO directly
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the overall business goals of the department.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology and operations.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a business management role within Business Management / Strategic Planning department in banking industry
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of banking operations and technology systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
