We are seeking a Business Manager, Tile & Stone Installation Systems (TSIS) to lead the strategy, financial performance, and growth of our multimillion dollar product portfolio. Leading a team of Product Line Managers and an operations support professional, you will strengthen established products, drive innovation, and improve profitability across mortars and additives, screeds, grouts, self-leveling underlayments, patching products, exterior mortars, caulks, sealants, and care and maintenance products.
Responsibilities
- Own portfolio financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, and profitability targets to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps over a three to five year horizon, balancing the modernization of established products with new product development, launches, and the retirement of mature products.
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Line Managers and operations support staff, establishing clear goals and accountability for business results.
- Partner with R&D to establish product development priorities and monitor scientific research, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain product performance, compliance, and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to align product positioning, promotions, distribution strategies, operational plans, and key customer programs with business goals.
- Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience. A degree in chemistry or a related scientific discipline is preferred; an MBA or advanced technical degree is highly desired.
- Minimum of three years of commercial product leadership, business management, or general management experience, including at least two years of industry-related experience. Experience managing established, high-revenue product portfolios is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of direct people management experience, with demonstrated success coaching and developing managers.
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, financial forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and margin optimization.
- Experience in chemicals, manufacturing, or another technically complex or highly regulated industry, with the ability to translate technical and regulatory developments into business strategies.
- Strong strategic planning, project management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to coordinate priorities across teams and hold project owners accountable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
