The Distribution COO team is a strategic function that supports the Global Markets sales organization by driving initiatives that improve the effectiveness, governance, and performance of the franchise.
The team operates at the intersection of strategy, analytics, operations, technology, and controls, and plays a critical role in shaping initiatives that directly impact the client experience.
Members of the team collaborate extensively across the Global Markets platform, partnering with sales leadership, management, technology, risk, compliance, operations, and finance teams to deliver a broad range of business initiatives.
This role offers exceptional exposure to the strategic priorities and commercial dynamics of a leading global markets business
• ideally 1–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within investment banking, markets, consulting, or business management
•analytical and quantitative skillset
•ability to distill complex datasets and qualitative insights into clear, actionable conclusions
•demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-performance environments
•problem-solving and critical thinking skills
•ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
•interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
•proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 115000 - max USD 137500 /annum
