As a Business Manager in the CIO Office Finance & Risk, you will work directly with the F&R leadership and play a key role in shaping, steering, and executing strategic priorities. You will act as a trusted partner to the IT Leads, ensuring alignment, transparency, and delivery across Finance & Procurement and Global Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention.
The team
You will be part of the CIO Office Finance & Risk, a cross-functional team that supports the entire F&R organisation. The team operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operations, enabling the Management Team to effectively steer the organisation.
Within this role, you will mostly support the Finance & Procurement and Global Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention domains, working closely with senior stakeholders across Tech, business, and support functions.
The team culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and impact-driven. You will operate as a “linking pin” across functions, bridging strategy and execution and ensuring initiatives are aligned and delivered end-to-end.
Roles and responsibilities
As a Business Manager, you will act as the right hand of the IT Leads and enable effective decision-making and execution across the organisation.
Support leadership by preparing management meetings, drafting briefings, and ensuring clear follow-up on decisions and actions
Act as a sparring partner, sounding board and trouble shooter for the Area in day-to-day activities.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance & Procurement and Global FCFP, ensuring initiatives are coordinated and deliver cohesive outcomes
Deliver management insights by consolidating performance, financial, and workforce data into clear reporting and actionable recommendations
Organize departmental events like onsites, town halls, knowledge sharing events. Coordinating content, location and speakers.
Strengthen stakeholder collaboration by acting as a linking pin across business, Tech, and support functions.
Drive operational excellence by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing more efficient ways of working
Develop high-quality communications including presentations, business cases, and leadership messaging tailored to different audiences

Proven experience in business management, consulting, or a similar role supporting senior management.
You have experience in working in a complex global matrix organization.
You have good understanding of Tech and the business side.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear messaging.
A proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
The ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes under pressure.
A structured and analytical mindset with the ability to connect strategy, data, and execution.
