In this role, you will r epresent Accelleron in Indonesia and lead the management of the legal entity and local operations. Develop and implement the strategy and operational plans for the local Accelleron organization and markets in line with the global Accelleron vision, mission, and strategy in Indonesia. Responsible for P&L and balance sheet and accountable to deliver results as per targets defined. Ensure that all fiduciary requirements are duly met and complied with, accountable for integrity and compliance for Accelleron in Indonesia.
Your responsibilities:
Strategy
- Fully responsible for turbocharging business in Indonesia and allocated countries, including P&L and balance sheet, in line within the strategies and targets agreed with the Division Management.
- Contribute to the further development and update of the global Product Market Strategy in Service.
- Implement Accelleron and Service Division market strategy considering global targets, local market and local organization including short-, mid- and long-term business planning.
Representation and Stakeholder Management
- Represent Accelleron locally including representation in associations, government relations and actively manages partnerships and external stakeholders, whenever of significant importance.
- Manage good relationship with JV Partner to ensure smooth operation as integrated part of our global Accelleron organization and in line with the global Accelleron strategy.
Governance
- Establish and maintain a local governance in line with legal requirements and global organizational strategy. Ensure processes and behaviors to comply with international integrity standards.
- Fulfil fiduciary duties on behalf of the local legal entity.
- Act as authorized signatory for compliance to local regulations and statutory requirements.
Accountabilities Local Market
- Serve as a strong, customer-facing sales leader with a recognized presence and high-level customer relationships in Indonesia and allocated countries. Oversee and supervise all related marketing and sales activities. Exhibit and support an entrepreneurial spirit to support business development in target markets.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationship with existing and new customers to develop business and to ensure on continuous customer satisfaction.
- Ensure implementation of efficient procedures and effective processes and ensure cooperation between the different functions within the local organization as well as with the global Accelleron Service Network.
- Ensure implementation of Operational, Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) according to Accelleron guidelines.
- Drive the implementation of the global digital strategy in Indonesia including collaboration with customers and promote corresponding digital products and digitally enabled agreements.
Human Resources / People Management
- Acquire and develop employees and management and employees to the required level to achieve business goals.
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed. Guide, motivate, and develop the directly and indirectly subordinates within HR policies.
- Represent the Accelleron values, driver of the culture, lead with empathy and vision, bring people behind Accelleron's strategic goals, led by example for all employees.
- Assure labour relations are respected and represent Accelleron in case of need.
Ensure contact and collaboration with labour relations, represent Accelleron towards labour relations in all respects and instances.
Your background:
- University degree or equivalent, knowledge in engineering or economics.
- Broad management experience, with good understanding of major functions like finance, sales & marketing, service and business development.
- Demonstrated strong and effective management leadership.
- Develop and motivate diversified employee team, ability to bridge between cultures.
- Proven change management experience.
- Solid understanding of fiduciary and integrity.
- Ability to communicate at all levels from own service engineers to the chairman of customers' companies.
- Familiar with the specific requirements of the diesel engine and marine industries.
- Strong communicator and motivator.
- Fluent in English language (writing and verbal).
