· Monday to Friday role with flexibility required to support operational needs
· Participation in on-call support rota may be required

As Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
· Lead and manage your own operation with a high level of autonomy
· Be supported by experienced operational and support teams across the business
· Participate in our leadership development programme
· Receive coaching and mentoring from experienced external business coaches
· Play a key role in shaping high-quality care services in the community
As the senior leader at branch level, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business while managing a dedicated team of Care Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators, and Carers.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve operational excellence
· Supporting the delivery of exceptional client and patient care
· Building strong working relationships with employees, clients, and key stakeholders
· Managing daily branch operations, including rostering and coordination of care services
· Working collaboratively with Regional Management, Quality & Care teams, Clinical Governance, and HR
· Recruiting, training, and developing high-performing care teams
· Driving branch growth while managing budgets, KPIs, and operational targets
· Creating succession plans and supporting career progression within your team
· Leading from the front with a hands-on and proactive management style
· Strong people management and leadership experience
· A proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams
· Experience managing operations, schedules, and team coordination
· Financial awareness, including budget management and cost control
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
· The confidence to work independently while embracing support and coaching from senior stakeholders

Essential Requirements
· Strong people management and leadership experience
· Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams
· Experience managing operations, rostering, and team coordination
· Financial and commercial awareness including budget management and cost control
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
· Strong IT and organisational skills
· Full right to work in Ireland
