We are looking for a commercially driven Business Manager to join the Foton team and support our dealer network in achieving sales, aftersales and customer experience objectives.
This is a highly visible, field-based role where you'll partner closely with Dealer Principals and dealership leadership teams to improve performance, increase market share and drive business growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor, providing insights, guidance and support across sales, aftersales, customer retention and operational initiatives.
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across sales, aftersales, customer experience, training and marketing, you'll help implement national programs, identify growth opportunities and ensure dealerships are positioned for long-term success.
