WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Own the D&A Engineering operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, governance forums, planning cycles, executivereviewsand action tracking.
Turn priorities into clear plans, decisions, milestones and owners with the CIO office, leadershipteamand partners.
Challenge board papers, executive submissions, business cases,briefingsandpresentationsso they are clear, evidence-basedand decision-ready.
Bring technology, finance, risk, people, governance and enterprise teams to clear decisions, resolving dependencies and trade-offs.
Break complex topics into actions, decisions,risksand next steps.
Track delivery, escalaterisksand hold owners to account until actions are closed.
Use data, dashboards, MI and metrics to assess progress, measureeffectivenessand recommend action.
Oversee resource planning, headcount, cost base, financial governance, business continuityplanningand ROI insight.
Work with Finance on planning and reporting cycles, resolving variances,anomaliesand risks with accountable owners.
Set expectations on LSEG policies, governancestandardsand operating practices. Coach team memberswhereneeded.
Use AI,automationand repeatable tools to cut manual effort and improve reporting, briefings, meeting outputs, actiontrackingand decision support.
Handle sensitive work with discretion,paceand sound judgement.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Manager-level experience in business management, strategy execution, governance,COOor transformation in a complexorganisation
Able to influence, challenge and build credibility with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills. Able to align teams, negotiate trade-offsand drive decisions.
Experience reviewing and improving board papers, executive papers, businesscasesand senior briefings.
Strong strategic judgement, critical thinking, dataanalysisand problem-solving skills.
Able tooperateat pace through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Clear written and verbal communicationAble to adapt style for senior audiences.
Experience using AI, automation,reportingor workflow tools to improve insight,controland delivery.
