About the Role
As the Business Manager for our Inclusive Employment Australia team, you will lead high‑performing Employment Consultants across Oaklands Park and Glenelg. Your purpose is clear: drive performance, support your people, and deliver life‑changing employment outcomes for job seekers.
Key Responsibilities
Team leadership — inspire, coach and guide Employment Consultants to exceed performance targets
Contract compliance — ensure adherence to Inclusive Employment Australia requirements
Stakeholder engagement — build strong relationships with employers, community groups and local partners
Performance oversight — monitor site performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Culture building — foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment

A successful Business Manager brings a strategic mindset, strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships within the local labour market. Capabilities & Experience
Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable leadership skills
Exposure to people leadership responsibilities
Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Results‑driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
Ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments
Proven performance management experience
Demonstrated ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for Employment Services
