About the Role

As the Business Manager for our Inclusive Employment Australia team, you will lead high‑performing Employment Consultants across Oaklands Park and Glenelg. Your purpose is clear: drive performance, support your people, and deliver life‑changing employment outcomes for job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team leadership — inspire, coach and guide Employment Consultants to exceed performance targets

  • Contract compliance — ensure adherence to Inclusive Employment Australia requirements

  • Stakeholder engagement — build strong relationships with employers, community groups and local partners

  • Performance oversight — monitor site performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions

  • Culture building — foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment

A successful Business Manager brings a strategic mindset, strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships within the local labour market. You balance analytical thinking with a people‑focused approach, demonstrating resilience, sound judgement and advanced problem‑solving skills. Capabilities & Experience

  • Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable leadership skills

  • Exposure to people leadership responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Results‑driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed

  • Ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments

  • Proven performance management experience

  • Demonstrated ability to build effective stakeholder relationships

  • Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for Employment Services

To Be Considered, You Will Have

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Availability to work full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
