Primary Function

  • Develop, formulate, refine, research, document and communicate strategic plans for regional RF and EMC service development via primary research, industry networking, market and competitive analysis, customer/partner needs assessment
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
  • Support the customers and their questions regarding EMC and RF technically
  • Plan and establish the effective partnership
  • Overall supervision of RF and EMC sector including engineering, laboratory operations and business target
  • Conduct process analysis and lead process improvement
  • Support effective hiring, training and performance assessments of both direct and indirect reports
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
  • Actively promote professionalism and adherence to corporate values and to align with the cooperate vision, mission and strategies
  • Advise on resources required, including staff recruitment and capital expenditure
  • Implement the company health and safety policy

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, systems engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, management information systems or equivalent
  • Structured project management experience in deploying initiatives
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and make decisions and recommendations with limited data
  • Solid analytical/problem-solving skills with capability to identify solutions to complex problems
  • Four or more years of strategic leadership (global or regional accountability) of a product group or technology
  • Ability to influence, build networks and get things done without traditional line-authority
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities
  • Ability to create alignment within a matrix structure
