Lead with purpose. Lead a team. Lead real change.
If you’re an experienced leader in Employment Services, Disability Services, or people‑focused management, this Business Manager role gives you the platform to shape performance, strengthen a team, and create meaningful outcomes for the community.
At APM Warwick QLD, you’ll step into a leadership position where your decisions, coaching and strategic focus directly influence the success of your site — and the futures of the people we support.
Warwick itself is a strong foundation for success: a major regional service centre on the Southern Downs, known for its welcoming community, steady population growth, and diverse local economy. With strong ties to agriculture, manufacturing, retail, health and education, Warwick offers a stable environment for employer partnerships and impactful service delivery. Its blend of regional charm, accessibility and community spirit makes it a place where people want to work, engage and build long‑term stability.
About the Role
As the Business Manager for APM Warwick’s Inclusive Employment Australia team, you’ll lead both people and performance. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you set the tone, drive outcomes, and ensure high‑quality, person‑centred support for job seekers.
You will:
Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Employment Consultants
Drive strong performance outcomes and uphold service excellence
Support job seekers through tailored, person‑centred employment assistance
Build and maintain relationships with local employers and community partners
Use data, insights and reporting to guide decisions and future planning
Your leadership will be central to the site’s success — operationally, culturally and in the lives of the people we assist.
Why You’re a Great Fit
You’re someone who leads with clarity, empathy and accountability. You understand how to balance people leadership with performance management, and you thrive in environments where your influence is visible.
We’re looking for:
Experience in Employment Services or transferable leadership experience from disability, community or people‑focused sectors
Demonstrated capability in leading teams or strong exposure to leadership responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence working autonomously and navigating challenges
A track record of achieving performance outcomes
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Eligibility to meet Employment Services compliance requirements

Your leadership matters — and we invest in it. You’ll enjoy:
A competitive base salary + generous performance incentives
Salary packaging options
Unlimited personal use of a smartphone
Access to free counselling and wellbeing services
Career pathways across APM’s global network
A supportive, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
