We are looking for a Business Manager to be part of the Chief of Staff office to the COO. Rather than owning a single function, the Business Manager works horizontally across teams, priorities, and initiatives, creating and driving efficient processes, cadence and governance to accelerate decision-making and keep the organization running smoothly.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the ideal candidate is a collaborative, low-ego team player who thrives on enabling others’ success, is willing to roll up their sleeves to get work done and is comfortable operating behind the scenes in a small, but high-performing Office. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, resilience, and the ability to integrate seamlessly into a small, fast-moving team with broad reach and meaningful impact.
