About the Role
As a Business Manager within our Inclusive Employment Australia team, you’ll lead a dedicated group of Employment Consultants to deliver life-changing employment outcomes for job seekers. You’ll drive performance, support your team, and strengthen local partnerships that create real opportunities.
The sites that the Business Manager will be managing include Ravenshoe, Atherton, Malanda, Mareeba, Innisfail, Tully, Wongaling Beach and Cardwell.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of Employment Consultants to exceed performance targets.
Ensure compliance with Inclusive Employment Australia contractual obligations.
Build strong relationships with employers, community groups and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on site performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Foster a positive culture that supports inclusion, accountability and success.
