The Opportunity | Te kōwhiringa:

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our passionate and high-performing Green Vision Recycling team in the beautiful Auckland as a Business Manager.

As the Business Manager you will provide support and leadership for the Green Vision Recycling business, taking responsibility for all aspects of the business’s operations, sales, finance, strategy, health and safety and growth.

You will also be responsible for:

• Management and co-ordination of the site production facility and operations through the site Supervisor and team of operators
• Managing a small fleet of trucks, drivers as well as weighbridge and administration personnel

• Co-ordinating sales and marketing activities to ensure Green Vision continues to grow in its market

To be successful in this position you will bring with you:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Able to work on own initiative, be able to solve problems and make effective decisions
• Analytical Thinker, able to Identify and maximise improvement opportunities
• Construction/quarrying experience
• Budgeting, forecasting and Financial management skills/experience
• People Management experience

• Tertiary qualification in engineering or management would be desirable, but not essential
