About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Manager/Chief to lead the establishment and growth of our new company, specializing in medical equipment imports and distribution from China. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the launch of a new venture, set up operations from the ground up, and build strong international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end establishment of the company, including office setup, team building, and operational frameworks.
• Serve as the face of the company, representing it to suppliers, clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with Chinese suppliers, ensuring strong commercial relationships and effective negotiations.
• Drive the companys business development strategy, identifying opportunities for market entry and expansion within the medical equipment sector.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, financial management, and operational excellence in alignment with local and international standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to deliver on company goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Engineering.
• 12-15 years of relevant work experience in B2B work environment with a track record of setting up and scaling organizations.
• Prior work experience in China/working with Chinese companies is essential.
• Experience in office setup, operations establishment, and team building from inception stage.
• Knowledge of medical equipment sector or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
